This year we have celebrated British Science Week by having a ‘careers in science’ afternoon. We were excited to welcome speakers from a whole range of industries into our school to inspire the children. We were lucky enough to find out about the work of a doctor, nurse, astronaut, hematologist and an engineer and have learnt about why science is important in their careers.
