Roald Dahl Day
On Wednesday 13th September 2017, Townlands C of E Primary Academy joined in the annual Roald Dahl Day celebrations.
The wonderful world of Roald Dahl came alive in the school, as children and staff came dressed up as their favourite Roald Dahl characters. The school filled with Witches, Matildas, Fantastic Mr Fox, the BFG, Willy Wonka and so many more.
Throughout the day, all the children joined in learning activities based upon the children’s author and his much-loved books.
