Dear Parents and Carers,

As we come to the end of term, I wanted to take a moment to say how much I have missed the children, but I know they have been in very good hands and have continued to flourish.

I hope you all enjoy a wonderful Christmas together. Although there is no set homework over the holidays, I would encourage the children to keep up with their reading whenever possible. Perhaps Father Christmas will bring them some lovely new books to enjoy! Also, next term we are looking at the history of toys. Please could the children bring in their favourite toy or a picture of their toy so that we can draw and discuss it?

I am very much looking forward to seeing the children again in the new term, ready for all the exciting learning and opportunities that lie ahead.
