Remembrance Assembly

Class 2LM were given the responsibility of planning and delivering the assembly for Remembrance. The children showed respect, courage and confidence and delivery a very poignant assembly to mark and centenary of World War One. Every class wrote a prayer and read it during the service and placed a poppy on Townlands Poppy obelisk. The last post was played by Mrs Whittacker on her trumpet. Class 2LM sang a moving song about World Peace.
